Day 60
Skincare and supplements for the GLP-1 journey.
Topicals for the skin changes that come with GLP-1s, and supplements that support energy, sleep and skin from within, so patients keep getting healthier.*
Part one
Earn on every order, and stay connected to patients after their GLP-1 journey ends.
The patient need
Drier-feeling skin
Eating and drinking less during weight loss can leave skin drier, flakier and less elastic.
Less firm-looking skin
Collagen and elastin give skin its strength and spring. Significant weight change can outpace that support, and skin can look less firm.
Less facial fullness
Losing weight can also mean losing some of the fat that keeps the face full, which can show as hollower cheeks and looser-looking skin.
Reported in GLP-1 patients

Where patients go next
On a GLP-1, progress comes fast. Patients who see results want the next step, and every ring keeps them in your program.
What do you want to offer: the prescription alone, or the full circle?
Market context · IQVIA Consumer Health
Buying more dermocosmetics products
Increased use of collagen or biotin supplements
Taking more vitamins (A, D, C & B Complex)

Strategic question
When patients want to keep getting healthier, will they find that support inside the care relationship they already trust, or elsewhere?
An opportunity to bring an existing revenue stream in-house.
The opportunity
What it can mean each year
Example annual revenue, with active subscribers reordering monthly at full retail price. Your own numbers will differ.
| Active subscribers | Moisturizer only | Moisturizer + Serum | Full menu (all 4) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 500 | $390,000 | $720,000 | $1.44M |
| 1,000 | $780,000 | $1.44M | $2.88M |
| 5,000 | $3.9M | $7.2M | $14.4M |
| 10,000 | $7.8M | $14.4M | $28.8M |
Every patient who adds it is new revenue from someone you already reach.
After the prescription
Without anything else to buy, many patients are gone.
Co-branded products stay in their routine, morning and night.
They still have a relationship with the brand on the bottle.
Every patient who restarts is one nobody pays to acquire again.

Part three
Non-prescription skincare and supplements, made in third-party verified cGMP facilities, and studied with GLP-1 users.
How it is made

Early owned evidence · Topicals only
Ten adults using GLP-1 medication applied the Meticulous serum and moisturizer together twice daily, submitted their own photography and completed written check-ins through day 90.
Internal and participant-reported, with no control group. Results apply to the serum and moisturizer only, not the supplements. Four participants continued to 180 days.
